lunch (10AM / 10:30AM) - normal nga meal basta avoid lang jd ang fat sa meat.. nya half rice...
tapos 5PM ko magdinner.. light lang jd sha.. tapos half rice japon..
i don't take snacks.. if gutomon ko bet meals.. eat ko 1 cracker...
tapos drink plenty of water.....
nya before i go to sleep.. drink ug nesvita pro digestion.. or pwedy sad tea wd lemon and honey =)
then the ff day.. daghan kag discharge.. promise..
and the result? i lost 9lbs.
I'm 18lbs overweight before. For me to keep off my excess weight,mao ni akong gibuhat.What I did is that I eat 1 regular meal like for example sa paniudto, walang bawal kainin, I can eat the foods I love like humba, letchon, cake, icecream and my 2 meals I replaced with a low-calorie meal in a form of shake. Whenever hungry, I eat fruits or drink another shake. Then once I reached my ideal weight, example 2 months for me to lose my 18lbs excess weight, I need to maintain my weight for 2 months for me to keep off my excess weight forever. So for my maintaing weight program, I eat 2 regular meals(paniudto & panihapon enjoy kaayo, walang bawal) or (Pamahaw & Paniudto) my choice which of the day I eat my regular meal, then 1 meal I replace with the low-calorie meal in a form of shake. Doing that,I lost 4 inches off the waist and 18 amazing pounds in just 2 months lose weight program and 2 months maintaining weight program. A total of 4 months weight management program for me to shape up and keep off my 18lbs excess weight FOREVER
I feel great and look great and right now, I can eat 2 regular meals(Paniudto & Panihapon) walang bawal kainin and 1 meal replacement of the low calorie meal in a form of the nutritious shake sa pamahaw. Simple lang.. A Sandwich (lettuce, tomatoes and any protein-based viand.. e.g. ham) with fruit per meal, 3x a day.. Drink lots of water.. And by the way, early in the morning, upon waking up, make it a habit to drink a "shot" of pure calmansi juice extract, DONT DRINK WATER YET, as it may acidify, rendering it useless.. Drink water only after 10-15 minutes.. 'Tis a natural way of removing body toxins.. Found it difficult to adjust to in the first place pero got the hang of it naman sad.. And during times when I crave to munch on something, I munch on papaya or pineapple slices.. All of which worked for me.. Pero para ako ra sad. Hehe.

@fluffyduck: Yup, pero di man hapdos.. di man sad acidic (kung pure calmansi extract lang), pero kung sagulan nimu ug tubig, acidic na, diha na mu hapdos.. hehe. Maybe hapdos sa first few days pero ma anad naman ka after..
this sounds crazy but akng way to exercise is having *** every morning,afternoon and most esp. evening ! it works....singot jud maau...
ako kay eat lang full breakfast and no rice na for lunch and dinner. exercise pud gamay.
