As far as I know, it is a theoretical unseen part of the universe that greatly affected on how scientific laws of the universe work. So buot ipasabot, gawas sa mga galaxy, star, etc nga makita sa tawo naa pay matter nga dili nato makita.
And dark matter is different from anti-matter.

I've never heard of "black" matter, perhaps you mean dark matter.
Dark matter is a kind of matter theorized to make up over 90% of the mass in the universe.
