when you say U.S. Immigration Lawyer do you mean a U.S. based practicing lawyer or a Filipino Lawyer whose forte is about U.S. immigration laws. are you looking for someone who is in Cebu?
Consultation Fee is normally an hour basis. Depende pud sa imo e pa consult so try to compose your inquiries and objectives before hand.
