mao say problema anang naa ta sa gov't gud. no matter how "pure" your intentions are, ma corrupt jud ka kay everything will involve money, lobbying, and influence. Im sure he weighed his options when he became comptroller and he knew this might happen. The "benefits" were way better than the risks before he became the scapegoat.
