I personally paid a bit more ($380+) and got the HIS X1900XT with IceQ3 fan and heatsink...

Ive tried Radeon X1900XtX, it really consumes more power, "kalas kurenti" Unlike 7900GTX. If I were to decide, i would go for SLI with 7900GTX not to mention 7950. Ive not tried it. ANd also there is really a difference in trms of graphics, with ati and nvidia. ATI has better graphics ,"if you really see it". Try the oblivion game.

nvidia vs ati gfx quality is another discussion. bottom line is theres no difference when gaming ( not sight seeing )

i have an x800xl, akong migo 7900gt, same monitor mi (samsung 793df), same settings (game and monitor)... mas nindot jud ang quality sa ati over nvidia KUNG anti-aliasing maxed out...

game settings: all maxed out @ 1280x1024 (minus soft shadows and HDR sa nvidia kay wah man ko ana)...

pero, sight seeing lang mi, kay grabeh na ka kamang akoa kung mo dula pako hehehe...

naa bro... if you're into quality and not "FPS" race, ma notice nimo and difference especially firing AA... ati is really better in terms of AA algorithms...

I have both X1900XT and 7900GTX at my disposal,I know what im talking about.
Yes you can notice the AA difference when sight seeing.

I would go for 7900GT but the palit brand coz its 512mb, naa ni baligya sa arctech, barato ra jau for that price range. performance wise lng, not including the graphics quality.Yung disadvantage lng ay di cia ma overclock.
