unsa nga anesthesia (correct ba spelling?) ang mapalit over the counter, wanted to have a tattoo all over the body, but would love to have it with anesthesia. thanks

ang tattoo artist naa man guro na silay topical anesthesia pero naay naka suway wa man daw effect.
