Hey guys,

There's a project I'm doing about student purchasing trends and I have a survey for you to take, which will be found on this link (pls click below):

If you choose to click the link, the survey will only take 5 minutes or less or you can also answer manually by answering the questions below. Please be as honest as you can with your responses. The survey can be made ANONYMOUS or you can leave your contact info.

Thank you so much for participating! Your responses are greatly appreciated. Also, don't forget to tell your classmates/friends to do the survey.

***Please note that when you fill out your contact information, you will be entered to win 1 of 2 prizes. 1 winner of P500 cash or gift pack and 1 winner of P1000 cash or gift pack ! The winners will be randomly selected and they will be contacted at the end of September. If the winner has a referee, the referee will be given P500. So hurry, do the survey and refer na!!!!

4. Name at least 3 specific stores you shop at or would like to get discounts at (ex: Mango, etc.)
5. Name at least 3 specific places you like to eat/dine/hang out
6. Do you or your friends like to dine/eat out? If yes, how much do you spend a month?
7. Do you or your friends like to shop? If yes, how much do you spend a month?
8. Do you or your friends like to go to bars/clubs? If yes, how much do you spend a month?
9. If you were to get discounts at your favorite stores/restaurants, do you think you would need/want a discount card? How much are you willing to pay per year?

Casa Verde, TapRoom, Outpost

Yes. Up to 10,000 a month

Yes. Up to 5,000 to 10,000

Not really. But usually, maybe less than 5,000 a month
