Uhmm.. pareha raman tingali. Pero para nako, Letting go has two meanings. Kay sa akong experience BEFORE...I got tired of hurting. Wala ko'y acceptance. So para dili nako masakitan, I decided to let my feelings go. Akong gi-set akong mind sa ubang things. In other words, I was being SELFISH. Kay katong akong pag let go niya, it wasn't for her. I did it for my own sake.

And the other one is the 'Selfless' one. FOR HER OWN SAKE, you let her/him go.
