    Did you check your headset with other system or laptop? if yes, then there is no issue with ur logitech headset but if you found the same trouble then there is serious problem with your headset. if its unable to detect there might be the problem with the inbuilt driver or the firmware must have got damage. if its under warranty then replace it thats recommended solution instead of formatting your system & wasting your valuable time. However its working with other system then you need to check with USB drivers and USB port of your system. Its always recommended to connect USB Device on motherboard's base USB port.

    the best way is e test nimo sa laing pc ang imong headset, if mao gihapon ang sakit, ang imong headset ang guba. ok man kaha kung laing headset ang gamiton sa imong pc?

    ka try ka ba re install imo audio driver?? pro before re install eh usbon sa nimo ang CSD Version nga naa sa regedit... from 300 to 200 value..

    Kay gitest naman ni sa lain PC, same problem exists, then imo USB headset is the problem. Try to RMA
    if naa pa nay warranty sa imo gipalitan. That will solve your problem. No problem in your computer.

    try the usb headset in other pc. if its ok then...

    try to disable the onboard soundcard.

    if still it doesn't work try checking your device. wrong driver version sometimes works but causes incompatibility. try upgrading your video card driver or soundcard.
