System Freezes

I need you advise regarding this matter.

My system freezes randomly, can't access the mouse and keyboard and all I have to do is make a hard boot/restart which I don't think is good. Just had this problem when I installed Windows 7 Ultimate 64Bit and upgraded my Memory into 4GB.

My previous memory was Kingston KVR800D2N6/2G Running on Windows 7 Ultimate 32Bit and having no problems or whatsoever for a long time. I just upgraded my Memory into 4GB pairing my previous 2GB with KVR800D2N5/2G.

My Question is,

1. What causes my system to freeze? Is it the Ram since my ram have different Model and Cas Timings?
2. Or is it the Operating System?

I Badly need your brilliant ideas on this. Thanks You.

^^ it could be the memory brad since your saying you're using it for a long time and have no problems with it..most motherboard manufacturers man gud brad from what i've known wants you to install identical type of rams that means same model, frequency ug timings to work effectively..hope this helps..^_^..

^ He installed 64bit naman based sa iyang post. Uhh, try using 1 or 2 identical RAM sticks to test?

pero modagan mn cya, usahay dli magparehas iyang freezing. usahay naay 7 hours una mo freeze usahay 1 hour mo freeze.

try daw tang tangi usa ka ram bro kato new ram nimo. kato old ram lang gamita nya obserbaha ug 1 day.

before it happened to me. after booting my windows it freezes. what caused it is my firewall.
