    dextroscoliosis..meaning dextro-right and scoliosis mao nanang curve sa spine..
    so in short, curve sa right part sa imu spine..sam problem here...wla ko magpa treatment or whatsoever..pro true ang gi ingon nla na if sakit kay sakit pud au..
    ako kay tukar2x mani..musakit if tugnaw or gahi ako hugdaan..i put salonpas and stuff like that nalang to ease the pain for a while..

    in my case getting up in the morning is torture oi....ug kanang pag change position inig katulog...like from my left side to my right side ...also if dugay mag lingkod hasta lisora na ibarog...

    kong classmate scoliotic den, pagimmersion pa gyud namo since hakot man kag tubig sa poso iyang tubig sa immersion house kawaton pa gyud nya maghakot npud cya ug balik, nibreakdown gud pag ARFA.. hehe! hilak gud to cya

    hi guys,

    I just discovered i have scoliosis last may after having xray, it found out that i have convexity on my lumbar spine(dextroscoliosis) and its been there since birth. stop lagi tanan activities form gym to basketball. There still occasional pain from my lower back. went to doctor pero same prescription pain reliever lang ghapon. I resort to traditional bisaya hilot to have my back relax kay daghan nerve na ipit.
    How did you guys coup with the constant pain? any sugestions?

    I also have scoliosis specifically dextro scoliosis- kypho scoliosis..
    Makes my ribs stick out

    Leaning to one side

    Any one of these signs warrants an examination by the family physician, a pediatrician, or an orthopaedist.
    This is very useful. I have a 28 degrees thoraco-lumbar scoliosis and i am already 24. what kind of treatment you think is good for me?

    why did you stop going to the gym bro. ok ra man mag work out daw to strengthen your trunks. pila diay ka degrees imong scolio bro?

    akoa kay 28 degrees peru nag work out japon ko kay mao man ang advised sa akong PT, as long as di ko mag alsa ug too heavy weights.
