now im intrigued, is this still available? and yes. 450 per kilo is quite expensive. So they are now open everyday? still at BTC?

i think mas lami ang lechon sa Central Market, diha sa Talisay. along national road, padulong na Minglanilla. im not kung asa na stall ana. hehehe.
as for CNT, lahi na cya ug lasa. bati na ang quality. dili na pareha sauna

For me, the skin is the biggest selling point for Zubuchon. When they don't get it right, there's no point.
Our family used to be fans. However, our last two (whole) lechon orders from them were disappointing. The last one was at my daughter's birthday party, where I ordered Zubuchon so my friends could try it. I was telling them about how crunchy it was but when it arrived (well past the agreed delivery time), kunat na ang panit.
I'm back to Rico's now.

naay duol ani sa banawa? i hope its better than CNT.. the best lechon I've ever tasted was in Iligan.. Little to no fat... Super crispy and juicy

hmmm ang zubuchon is by Marketman ( a food blogger) , and he is not cebuano. siya to ang host ni anthony bourdain sa cebu segment nila. question guys, do they also sell on a weekday or sunday ra jud? i have friends from manila man gud and they want zubuchon. ugma sila balik manila. basin naay nakabaw diri?
