ako naa sad ko tinnitus... nagpa-check nako sa doc about ani ... ok ra man daw ako hearing and everything... advice cya nako nga dili palabi ug paminaw ug loud music unya ang tv dapat dili kusog ang volume....pasagdai lang ng ringing sa imo ears, the more nga u listen to it, the more nga madunggan nimo unya ma-irita ka... what i usually do kay dili na nako i-mind ang ringing unya madugay mawala ra siya... mokusog ra suya ug balik inig tulog nako pero pasagdaan lang nako... now it doesn't bother me anymore...
