Sometimes, as we get older, we get to see of the good order of things in its proper perspective. Thank you @springfield for growing white hair.

In my younger days, I would have loved to see myself bathing in blood, savoring conquest and acceptance of my own self-accepted manhood. But, as time goes by, it is all wrong and against all laws of morality and justice.

Yes, you get to remove the index crimes against property and conversely stacking crimes against persons which, in this case, MURDER! No logic could prevail over this set-up. I just hope I do not sound as a washed-up SOB here.

There is no easy solution, the crimes that are rampant are symptoms of a an ailing society, the root cause are the unadressed needs and decaying morality. If only we could make the changes by providing jobs with good salary and is available for everyone and upheld the good values that we once had then I'm sure that these unwanted scenario would eventually recede. Still, this is just as of the moment a rhetoric of something too ideal, with a complex factors to consider and attain before realization, but still it is worth a try compared to something more heinous in taking another man's life.

That's the magic word - WORTH TRYING FOR. No excess force needed. No more society of impunity. Cebu have had enough already. It is time for change after the trail of the Ampatuan Massacre. This country need a breathing space!

@ PINOYAPACHE .... welcome to the club ?

Anyways ... this is a wake up call for the LAW ENFORCERS to do their respective jobs and stick to what they supposedly made of :

    " TO PROTECT and SERVE"
" A well regulated militia being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the People to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed. " - 2nd Amendment , Bill of Rights of the United States of America
