One of my friend is recruiting some people, he even posted a thread here in istorya kng kinsay gus2 mo apply he can help out, salary as far as i know is 10k w/o incentives, night differentials, and schedules are same as w/ call center.. they then to shift you from time to time. . . although work--wise.. its not stressful, and i'd say that the workload is far too easy.. all you do is transcribe what the Voicemail would say and sometimes it only lasts like 30secs.! im not from that company though but i think i do know a lot about them..

hmm... as i've seen diha lingaw man ang mga people from the MT department. and i think dako2x pud ang sweldo. i usually see them sa break time, they're quite a happy bunch, i think. i'm not familiar sa call center diha, though. ok pud baya.

From what I heard, the management will love you if they are of use to them. If not, they will just leave you out there to shrivel and dry up. Is that a way to treat your people?
