    ayaw gyud ug sign kay terminaton man kahaka nila, i refer na ug abogado mis. kay bati kaayo imo record ana kung terminaton ka. ayaw gyud pag pirma i refer usa na ug abogado. (pwede sad mo pirma ka pero butangan nimo under protest) i refer dayon ug abogado.

    amoa sis kay 90 days notice unya 30 days after passing your resignation. dili pwede ug immediate resignation. i don't know kung naa pa bay company mo ok ug ingon ana? hehehe...

    that is against the labor code ben, the moment you sign the regularization document. regular naka unya walay ni kinsang company na pwede mo hold nimo for more than six months as casual or probi. beyond ana kay regular na giud ka.

    pwede ra immediate sis but dapat naa jd valid reason e.g. health reasons.

    standard is 30 days clearance. pass to your supervisor.but it depends kung on the company to allow you to go even if wla pa 30 days from the date you tendered your resignation letter.

    haha. immediate ako oi. wa na cla mabuhat. ila ko gi forced resign. aron gamay ra ila last pay nko.
