Ilaga advised that at least 100 grams of malunggay leaves must be consumed by an individual per day. A gram of malunggay leaves has seven times more vitamin C than orange; four times more calcium than milk, four times more vitamin A than carrots, three times more potassium that banana and a quarter of iron than pechay.
