If someone put up signs in public places that said, "Help stamp out alcoholism" and then naay ga sunod nga sign "Or else someone might put a bullet through your cellphone." Advisory or public appeal ba kaha na? Yes, as to the first and No as to the second.

    its not DPWH...

who pays for the SRP lights... its CEBU CITY... upto cebu city only... the TALISAY SIDE of SRP....

Talisay should pay for the lights in their side... for that matter the PROVINCE.... GULLAS and GWEN...

Well, speaking of blunder, remember that the sale of SRP to Filinvest is very irregular. It's not just ang mga tawo kay fanatic ni Tomas thus they prefer to keep a blind eye from the wrongdoings of Tomas.
    Whats irregular?

    LAND UNDER WATER

    or LAND Made from water....

    Please we are not fools....

TOMAS has done much better compared to CICC and land UNDER WATER....

    which is better?

When I travel interstate didto, I never go at night. Bisag wider ang lanes kaysa diri, wala may lights sa interstate and delikado sad didto if you have car trouble sa gabii... daghan buang buang sa U.S. Safer pa gyud ghapon to travel daytime kay you can see better.

Regarding sa lack of lights.... Im not saying that its wrong to have lights sa highway.. that would be welcome pero going back to reality... di gyud sya feasible (financially).... maybe gwen should just light up key areas sa mga small towns for crime prevention, place reflectors sa sharp turns and make sure the paint sa road is clearly seen. She could also do something similar sa U.S. where naay grooves ang side sa road to alert drivers if they're starting to veer off course.

I agree. Kung di na si Gwen ang governor, tangtangon ni ang "This Is Not the Province"? That sign serves no purpose. Kita ra naa diri, kahibao tay unsay pasabot, but it doesn't go well with visitors, potential investors, etc. Insulting pa gyud sa mga Promdi, not just the people from Cebu province, apil na pud tong mga taga laing province. Besides, major thoroughfares bordering Cebu City, like those in Talisay just next to SRP and Mandaue reclamation area just next to NRA are not that dark. Hahay, mao bitaw gitawag ug siyudad kay mas hayag inig ka gabii kaysa sa probinsya. Unsa man diay? Ayaw tawon i challenge si Gwen, basin mo order ug additional lamp posts!!!

I can only say one word regarding the sign: CHILDISH

insulto na sa mga gapuyo sa probincya. insulto pud na sa CEBECO who has done well in their electrification service...

the first sign is for safety purposes but the second sign makes the whole message childish.

maypa ilisdan na ni Tomas ug: "PLEASE DIM YOUR LIGHTS, THE FUTURE OF CEBU CITY IS NOT THAT BRIGHT"...
