After Eddie Vedder's 2007 country-folk album, Into The Wild, the band returns with a Springsteeny like single...

Their album Backspacer will be out Sept 20 on Universal Music Group worldwide.

I've been listening a lot recently to Live 100.5 Birmingham and KINK FM 101.9 Portland 9through the net) and this song is a little overplayed on these kind of format. Same goes with U2's I'll Go Crazy If I Don't Go Crazy Tonight

i use to have a shirt "vedder is god". Followed him pre Jam days (Bad Radio), to Temple and the Seattle thing in the early 90's.(mother love, green river, apple quickstep, subpop) dayem. those were the days. they had a gig in manila but i was too broke to see them.

Pearl Jam's latest album Backspacer is like a mixtape. different genre under the umbrella of rock cohesively blends under the guidance of Brendan O'Brien. There's folk influenced country music, new wave influenced pop, 90s grunge, and Springsteen sound alike...

So far i love it.. can't wait for the CD...
