Istorya is hosted overseas as far as I can tell, so I think this whole issue is moot. There is no chance in hell a server based overseas will cooperate with a government as inutile and weak as ours. Haha.

Normally I try to be civil but with you I think you deserve a dressing down, because pretentious kaayo ka ha, we all know the real reason why you posted this and it is to try and silence people especially after all the hate threads against Gwen Garcia. Why don't you just admit that, kai klaro naman kaayo, a lot of people have even brought it up already. So quit your stupid pretense and just admit that you posted this so you can stop people from airing their hatred towards your matrona.

I know the law in the states very well, much better than you. They do not treat internet postings about political (public figures) seriously, and definitely not at the same level as murder as you stupidly implied due to your gross ignorance of not only their law but common sense. A quick search on Google will reveal a lot of blogs that post basically every nasty thing you can find about Obama, George Bush, Dick Cheney, etc even once comparing Obama to a monkey and have you heard of a single prosecution? NO. Because the libel laws there are only prosecuted against journalists who are presumed to have wide influence and can cause real damage, and even then journalists are given a very wide leeway because Americans value freedom of speech far more than the besmirched reputation of public figures. What you need to get into your head is you're going about it the wrong way, by posting this you are tacitly approving of the chilling of freedom of expression here, all clearly in service of your agenda which is to protect your amos, the Garcias.
