    VARIETIES

    CARABAO OR MANILA SUPER MANGO - originated from India, Burma and Malaya. It is best serve as fresh fruit. It has a perfect blend of sweetness and sourness, succulent, and has a pleasant aroma. Fleshy and yellow when ripe, very tender, melting in the mouth and less fibrous.
    PICO - originated from India, Burma and Malaya. Smaller than the carabao variety. Kidney shaped with round apex and base, which is more, flattened. Light yellow orange when ripe, thick and tough. Has fibrous orange to yellow orange flesh. Sweeter than the carabao variety but not melting.
    KATCHAMITA - originated from India and commonly known as India Mango. Skin is green and flesh is yellowish.


    The recommended planting distance is between 10-14 meters.
    For fertile, deep, friable soil make deep, wide holes enough to accommodate the mass of soil adhering to the roots of grafted seedlings.
    For clayey, rocky or poor soils, make deep, big holes with a distance of 30-50 cm.Be sure that the topsoil is mixed with compost.

    For trees that bear fruit without the use of chemical inducer, fruits mature 82-88 days after full blooming of flowers. Those, which are treated with chemicals, mature at 110-120 days after flower induction (DAFI).

    ic,pra nko bro lisud kaau ang natural way..imagine lng kung unsaon pagpahawa sa mga insects na grabe kadaghan,fungus na mo rely sa weather condition na dli na2 macontrol, challenging kaau, maayo bro na natural way ang una and ang dli masolve ichemicals. ako masugest kay maghimog mga insect fruit traps.

    Mao ni atong e research kong unsa maoy mga alternatibo..sama sa gi ingon ni bro. Musashi nga duna kuno siyay nakit an pero iya pa daw pangitaon...Regarding sa mga insects paga limpyo han lang gyud ang surroundings sa imo plantation og kon maka detect pud og dunay mga possibleng infection sa mga dahon kini dalion gyud nato pag tang2x parasab dili mo takboy sa ubang punoan..

    wow i really learn a lot from this topic.. plss po need ko po advise since my father is giving me the responsibility of handling our farm.. po.. naa ni sya sa uling.. tapos this has around 2,000 mango trees mga lain lain na klase which unfortunately wla gyd ko kalibutan. Then around 500 to 600 ang fruit baring... my question po is:

    what would be the best way to manage ang ingani na bussiness..
    what are the ups and downs po? advantages and disadvantages?
    naa mo mga suggestion or comment ani bro..? Tnk you very much

    gud day bro. ikaw bro oakboy! , mga pila na imo na produce as manager? unsa na insect imo g.mean na naa sa bamboo na makaeradicate sa mga peste sa mangoes? bro kabalo ka mo assemble HWT? nakatry naka? kay nagplano pud ko na kung big time na ta, maghimo tag center dri for our cooperative hehe, tnx a lot, hav a nice day.
