    naa ba nag-implement dinhi ICQ in a private network? Ganahan ta ko mag-implement ani instead of YM or Skype. Tips will be highly appreciated.

    If you want to create your own personal IM server ... jabber is the way to go. You need to login to ICQ servers to use ICQ, so it really wouldn't be private.
