unsa on man intawn pag format kanang walay sulod ang hardisk ang akong nahibaw an mao ra to ako g ingon.

ako na ni ge google pero malas gamit man gihapon xp cd.

easy try download dban harddrive eraser then select .iso image type then burn it to your CD...
after that insert your cd in your cd/dvdROM then reboot your computer.... goto bios select boot configured primary your cd drive then the dban hard drive eraser will load automatically... type autonuke it will erase all data of your hard disk... No recovery erase as in erase loke brand new... thats it
