any one familiar with ALCATEL omnipcx office? caould ypu help me out with its features... its ports... i really cant understand what each port is for... please... whats the dofference between voice users and voice ports... etc.. please help

The only thing you can do bro is just to obtain a manual from alcatel if you can't find it on the net. You may also call alcatel office or any local dealers in your place and ask from their technical guys. Or if you have some friends who have knowledge on PABX system you can ask from them to give you some ideas. Hope this will help to you.
