    on my opinion, ni take advantage ang shop na ngbaligya kay tan-aw cguro nila sa ngpalit, ingon ana ra na masaun2 ra..mao tagaan cya ug (maybe) defectiv na daan..i know shops esp. sa colon area, mo mata2 ra sa mga mopalit..coz they know, mostly mga buyer sa mga ana na shops kay katong apiki ug kwarta ika palit.. ako lng ha..peace

    For thread starter, it could be a case of misunderstanding (sa imo, sa maid, and the store), though imong point clearly states that your maid was in a way ripped off, but give some benefit of a doubt lang pud, again walay nag ingon nga namakak ang imong katabang. Kung ganahan jud mo mogukod about this issue, talk to the appropriate people involved lang cguro.... Otherwise, then let this be a reminder to all nalang....

    syempre negligence sa user is not covered...ma scratch ang case syempre not covered na...
    muligo ug dagat or washing machine syempre di na covered...

    pero amoa sir ma lowend or highend slider/flip/candybar type phones we sell here at gizmo comes with 1year warranty on all parts and labor including lcd and flex sir...
