Do you know that Mother Teresa didn't read the bible much? Read her diary and she even doubted the existence of God. Why was she able to LOVE Unconditionally? Because she didn't care much of the letter which kills but the spirit of the letter that gives LIFE. Now, LOVE UNCONDITIONALLY!

The letter which kills when it is not put into practice. It's just like studying the book on how to ride a bicycle. If you don't go and ride the bike, then the book is killing you which means it becomes useless. The Bible is also like HOW TO LOVE YOUR ENEMIES. If you don't go and love your enemies then, you are always killing the enemy. You still don't know how to love.

    perfection is undefinable and unrealistic...

We will always need, and the fact that we always need would mean we will never achieve perfect happiness.

    just my 2 cents.

when you seek perfect happiness it becomes an elusive goal.
whereas when you live your life intensely and fully, then perfect happiness will be a by product of such a life.

Our Natural State is HAPPINESS! We don't seek it outside but rather we seek it inside as Jesus said, "Seek ye first the kingdom of GOD (Within) and all these things will be added unto you. "

contentment... being happy is not having more.. but being content with what you have... As what one priest said in a homily if you have GOd you will find contentment... you will not ask more because God will provide what you need...

    there is none...
    humans are insatiable...
what we have is never enough... there's always something missing...

no one is perfect.. so, there is no perfect happiness.. there is always lacking..
