1. How flexible is your software when it comes to customizations, coz not all inventory system have the same requirements? (Functional side)

3. In your 40K
3.1 What is the plaform implementation?
- naka SQL Server ni bro personal lang pero pwede sad ug enteprise edition pero wala nako labot sa license ana ang customer na bahala ana.

- gi develop ni nako nga system bro using VB6 and SQL Server so tested ni for Windows XP kay almost 3 years namani nga system. planning stage pa ako .net version kay nag study pako ug .net.

3.2 Hardware requirements?
intel p4 2.8 or higher with 1Gb Memory



3.3 Support and warranty?
- 1 year warranty na bro kung naa problem or kinahanglan i customize within 1 year walay bayad.
pero after 1 year pabayad nako ana kung visit 500 kung naa ipa enhance lang nga minor changes pwede ra 1K kung major changes dili ko ka price ana kay sabotonon manjudna.

3.3.1 Means of communication
- Mobile Phone, Home Phone, YM, Skype
- Para dali ra ma fix ang problem pwede rako mo remote sa workstation nga installan or server if naa problem kana kung mo allow sila ug remote via internet.

3.3.2 Bug/Issue Monitong
- sa ako existing customers bro mo inform raman sila kung naa bug sa ako software via YM unya mo ingon raman sila nako nga i remote para ma fix nako ug ma update. kasagaran mag problema bro sa implementation ra pero after ma corrected dili naman mag problema.

3.3.3 Response time
- im always online, basta gamay ra ang problem i remote ra nako kana kung naa internet ang customer pero kung wala adtoon ra nako/mo anha ko after sa ako work/wala ragyud problema bro tested na.

3.4 Licensing?
- Actly dili ko stricto ug licensing bro kay ako supportahan kana raman ako customers basta dili lang i install sa lain nga business ok ra pero kung i install sa lain nga business dili nako mo support ana. ikaw kung naaka maayo ma suggest para sa licensing ok ra for example per workstation or unsa pa sultihi langko.

I suggest if your customer found some bugs, then already out of warranty...
you can create a patch and then sell that patch...there is no need of going to the customers area...
just provide them the patch...

makakwarta paka sa mga patches...
for every new feature provide it through patch..

bro you have a HR-Payroll system...

requirement ani nya i finger print scanning or a barcode scanning...

Report.. payslip, payroll ledger and etc...

ds kind of program demand sad kaau may be u can try one also.. u hv develop na a inventory and invoicing system dba..mata bangan tka ug pangita ug client.

wala pata payroll bro timekeeping rato, kung maka lugar siguro ko ako na himoan ug payroll system para ma integrate. busy ko kay naa ni palit ani 2 ka company unya naa gipa puno. barcode ready na bro. i refer lang bro tnx kaau.
