    Bro you should stress test your server first before deployment and make sure you already ran BPA. You should at least maximize your exchange server by using outlook anywhere instead of POP3. Also, don't forget to follow the best practices on an exchange server in terms of system file location and storage locations for security and speed.

    thanks bro will do your suggestion. would you give me some idea on how the users can access from outside without using POP3? i mean same pa rin yung outlook setup nila na directly connected sa exchange then mag prompt na lng yung authentication pag open sa outlook for their credentials logon then download dayon nila ang email.
