    bro, try relaxation exercise from head to toe. quiet hard but with constant practice, will give you good result. tips from preceeding posts are helpful. choose which is best applicable to you. at the end of the day, you are the best person to solve your problem because you know best how your body system works, including your sleeping pattern.

    i have somehow improved na my sleeping time, now i can sleep na by mga 1am, better than sleeping 2am.
    I've been drinking fresh milk before i sleep, i realized nga murag naanad siguro akong lawas to sleep late that's why
    i had problems sleeping early. My next goal is to try to sleep na by mga 12:30, anam anam lang practice

    update imong biological clock or e-reset by going to sleep the same time in a comfortable environment (air-con, electricfan..etc) it is known na the lower the room temp..the better...sans the noise of course..if you like to sleep with the radio on then chances are your brain and other senses responds or reacts to the music...depends on the type or mood of the music..it might work but you wont feel rested...it is said among advanced spa therapist that a two hours sleep via floater or floating in a semi-sized tub would re-create an 8 hour of sleep (if youve seen daredevil movie youd get the ficture) if you hate noise then use earplugs (use earplugs like the ones used sa airlines) but no matter how hard you try basta buntag ka matug (like if ever imong work would restrict you na matug evenings) youd only get 4hours max of sleep. hehe...hope this reply makes some sense..wa koy lain mabuhat while downloading songs to ipod..

    insomia has 3 stages...the mild one the re-curring og chronic...if nag sugod pa ka.. there is unisom...if worst stages na like murag maglutaw na kaayo imomg amats...then see your psychiatrist...este...physician...oks ba... :mrgreen:

    i think you just have to relax yourself when you go to bed and don't think of a lot of stuffs. try to clear you mind of some thoughts..

    insomnia is caused by many factors. rather than talking about supplements, rather the discussion should be on what are the causes. If you can avoid the cause, you can avoid the sickness. In this case, Insomnia. I read it once that the biggest cause of insomnia is really sleeping habits. I had a friend who said he could never sleep at night. How could he since he would nap from 5:30 to 7:30pm. another thing is to keep to your schedule for sleeping. If you set a mark of sleeping at 10 everyday you should keep it. If you sleep per say at 12 and your normal wake up time is 8, you should wake up at 8 to avoid wrecking your biological clock. never try to make up for lost time by sleeping in. It just makes your troubles worst. Diet is also a major consideration. Snacking after dinner can also cause insomnia. If you are full, your body tells your brain its not time to sleep.

    I don't have anything against supplements but if the problem can be solved without them, why not. Tipid gamay sa bulsa diba.

    in my case di ko ma guol mag ka insomia ko...kay daghan kaayo ko ma buhat... i'm a night person di jud ko tig tulog gabii... pero as of now ok pa ako body... pero if di na gyud ka katulog for 3 days that's insane... consult your doctor.
