I was one of the employee at philwebservices before, but its sad to say that what you experience right now is just normal to all newbie at philweb. Just want to be honest dude. Normal rana sa mga newbie diha nga company nga ayohon mo og maayo og pangaon mo og maayo. After pila ka months ana dedo napod ka... pasagdan naka sa daplin...
But anyway, if kinsa man gani maka basi ani nga post... you don't have to be angry with me if na mo sa philweb karon coz i'm just practicing my freedom of speech. Igo rako ni tubag sa question ani nga post basi sa akong experience diha. So no hurt feelings.
HINT TO ALL: Love your work but never love the company coz the company might stop loving you...

bro, i think you're right. Despite the negative reactions sa mga taga istorya, i thought i'd try it out for myself and as i said sa mga earlier posts nako, ok raman cya pero after sa training, wala na gyud klaro. They said i-evaluate pa daw mi after sa training and they'd just call us if kung mag contract signing na, i-continue ang training or i-hold ang application nimo. But after pila ka weeks wla gyud mi tawagi bisag to inform us lang gani kung wa ba mi kapasar sa training or what and the bad thing is, they said they'd give us our allowance after the 6-day training pero wala gyud intawn nila ihatag. What's worse is, nadawat sad unta ko ug lain web dev company but ako gibalibaran kay i chose philweb. I'm really very disappointed. No wonder dghan au negative feedback. Wla jud ayo. Nagmahay jud ko! I wasted my time, money and effort.![]()
Note to self: BEWARE of EVIL Employers.
Yup mao gyud na bai, og no wonder nga daghan kaayo mga bad feedback sa philweb not only rumors but even if online.
One of my friend give me this link he's also a frustrated philweb staff before and he told me that as he surf on the net nakita ni niya nga link wherein usa ka client nila ni reklamo about sa ilang services.
philwebservices.com -worst local web hosting provider! :: Sulit.com.ph
This is just one of the proof what philwebservices have.
NOTE: love your work but never love the company coz the company might stop loving you...

Philwebservices is a good example of a Good Company that is managed POORLY... everything evolves in the management especially the owner which includes low level planning or production planning. The company does not practice organizational heirarchy. Everything and everyone answers to the owner and the owner has a direct contact with its employees. They do have a project manager, system administrator and department heads but they act like puppets attached to a string which can be manipulated by the owner if he wants to. They call themselves a "corporation" but unfortunately they do not have long term plans. Everything and everyone is dispensable especially if you become pricey. I have known good programmers, SEOs and Designers come and go but i have never seen them exhaust efforts to make them stay at least for the company's sake.
If you want a company that is stable and has a high regard when it comes to their employees then Philwebservices is NOT your company. I wouldn't recommend this company for starters also, like what the other guy said this company does not practice SDLC (Systems Development Life Cycle) which means they don't have a planning phase, documentation phase, development phase and support & maintenance and does not have a centralized Quality Controller. What I'm saying is that, If you come across a project you should have at least a diagram or flowchart to start with... (It's what US ISO certified companies do, It's stardard for a web/software development company to have and practice one). Philwebservices doesn't have this, if you passed the exams and past the week long training then the next working day will be "hell" for you. Why? because you might be given a project that has been staggered on the development phase for months if not years, and you don't have a clue on what you are going to do.
I have so many experiences in Philwebservices, and I am willing to share it to you guys. The least i can do if keep you off a company that willl not give you anything despite your hard work and dedication.
P.S. If you are a fresh graduate / college degree this company will offer you 8k for starters, is that a price for studying hard and graduated with flying colors? It's an insult and I know you are worth more than that...
hahhah! daghan ko kaila taga Philweb.... ng resign tanan kai wala jud ayo nga company.
unsay reason ng resign mga tao sa company?
