Etel has the best incentive or compensation package for an agent position since they have 5 levels (TSR 1-5)...

TSR 1 - 15T(basic) + 3T(allowance) = Php 18T
TSR 2 - 19T(basic) + 3T(allowance) = Php 22T
TSR 3 - 23T(basic) + 3T(allowance) = 26T
TSR 4 - 26T(basic) + 3T(allowance) = 29T
TSR 5 - 30T(basic) + 3T(allowance) = 33T

like mga pila ka months before nmu ma achive ang tsr2 position? average months??

and after pst considered tsr1 dayon ka? thus to earn that amount

naa koy question, ni apply ku etel mga 6 mos ago, I was accepted but pagkabalo nila na student pa ko, the inetviewer told me that they'll put me in thier "active file" (or something like that, hehehe...) in case I want to stop schooling and work na jud kay d sila mu kuha ug mga nag study pa.

Now, grad na ku and I want to start working na. Mu balik pa jud ku sa step one and disregard what the interviewer said? 6 mos ago na man sad gud to... Unsaon man ni? Hehehehe.....

if maayo kaayo ka.. you can be TSR 2 upon regular.. that would be 6 months .. if reg naka.. ma kuha lang na with n 3 months
