nope, but you can load the firmware of the w800i onto the k750i, but at a cost. SE will revoke your warranty if ever you plan to do that.

can anyone compare the sound quality of these phones with an iPod? w/c is better?

of course ang ipod gyud... it is designed for music gyud... kanang mga all in one gadgets, dili gyud na kalupig sa performace sa specialized gadgets. ang camera lang daan sa k750i ug w800i, dili sad kalupig sa tinuod gyud nga digital camera. especially katong mga nindot gyud ug lens nga camera. as the line goes... you can't have it all.

the K750i is a great phone! i'm not much of a form over function kind of person. i'm more for function. i travel, i call alot, txt sometimes, and use the email client in the phone. and with it's features, it's just what i was looking for. and i have an ipod on the other hand coz i listen 2 alot of music too when i can. since i move around alot, i don't really like carrying both all the time. thus, the w800i purchase.

in comparison, both phones are the same in function (maybe not much of form 4 people who are into design, but dont get me wrong..the w800i has a very hip design since it's sporting the WALKMAN brand.) the K750i is more of the "serious" older brother of the "more playful" younger brother - the w800i. both have the same camera too. i can still access the same functions as i have on my k750i on my w800i PLUS i dont need 2 carry that bulky ipod around since it's got the built in walkman application on it. and one important thing 4 me, is the "airplane mode"..the k750 doesnt have this feature and since i travel alot, it sucks not to be able 2 use it on the plane 2 kill time..yea..long flights suck. oh, and the k750i comes with 64MB memory stick and the w800i comes w/ 512mb - thus the price jump. BUT the w800i is slightly faster then the k750i but i think it's becuase of the music thing they got going on with that phone..BUT the k750i isnt slow too - both r fast and one is just slighter faster.)

i was very happy with my k750i and i am as happy with my w800i..but now, i have more space in my pockets since i carry the headphones in my other pocket instead of an ipod.hahaha

the bottom line, it's really up to ur needs. if u think you would listen to music (u know, make ur own playlist n stuff like that - sorted by artist,tracks,etc. as on d ipod) go for the w800i. if u think u dont really need the walkman feature, go 4 the k750i. after all, the k750i still has the media player and playlist function (but not as organized as the w800i) PLUS u save a couple thousand. right? either phone u get, i'm sure u wont regret it as long as it fulfills ur needs from a phone - which means, dont expect it 2 be a full-featured digital camera or a full blown mp3 player - simply because it's a mobile phone w/ extra stuff.
