you think lexmark is expanding their business in the Phils? hehe you are definitely wrong. for the past 5 years their profitability declines steadily and they are losing market share to the bigger competitors like HP and Epson. The plants in europe and Mexico have been closed down, and they are eying the low cost countries like PH and China to cut down operating cost. Contractualization is their biggest way of cutting cost.

I came from Nozomi before (sos 2 years nako inantos..hehe) and I can actually relate to what others are saying here. As a Nozomians (lol), one can easily feel that you don't belong to the Lexmark community. Technically you are not even a direct contractor, you are a SUB-contractor! The NFSI is the direct contractor to Lexmark. That is why the pay that you'll get is comparable to a government GSO worker (kaminero) - the only difference is you'll be working in a no sweat laboratory

But even so, I am glad that I have experienced working at Lexmark. A training ground for a much lucrative pay and career

our "modus" before para lang maka internet was during printer fax testing on a local phone line. we will use the modem as a dial-up modem and through windows ICS ma share na ang internet sa imo team mates. I surely missed those days

modus mulang...movies and games..pero karon strict na kaayo ang IS...og ang supervisor..sauna pwede raman takilid ang monitor..karon dli na pwede...naka remember ko sauna...pagsulod ni System Manager...KVM switch dungan tingog tanan...klaro kaayo nag modus ang mga tester...hehehe..nice ang experience ngadto...
