Hunh? I much prefer the DIY way of assembling a PC because it allows me to create a PC in accordance with MY own specs. I think it's an ADVANTAGE over the MAC which makes you beholden to whatever Steve Jobs tells you you need.

It really depends on the user.

Sa MAC, you can still configure your system according to your needs - same as most PC companies like Dell, Gateway, HP, etc... pero it's not as extensive as a true DIY. Pero sa tinuod lang, that's good enough to most users.

Why pamper life's complexities when the leather runs smooth on the passenger seat?

Well, I was just quoting what they were saying. There is some truth in it though..

If PC's were like cars... a Mac would probably be a Toyota MR2 with a Ferrari look-alike Body Kit... it looks nice and fast but has the engine similar to most other good enough sports cars.

if you choose your parts carefully then you will run into problems. DIY is fun if done right

I have a mac and I also have a pc and a linux box. I have fewer headaches with a mac. The PC works also only if you buy from a brand name like Dell. If you go the DIY way of assembling a PC ,be prepared to lose a lot of hair.
to most white..i also believe its true..

but to most elite pinoys..they believe in the myth of MAC security....for now it is...lets just wait and see..

and some elite believe..their new intel powered MAC is faster than the C2D pc... ( i just wonder how they got the idea...who feeds them..to say they're financially elite to afford a MAC )

im skin head sir..but didn't lost it while tinkering a pc..

    hahahahahah.. ROFL!

i choose my own pc parts, and i assemble them myself. i decide how my pc looks, and i save a lot of money by doing it by myself. wala man headaches, enjoy pa gani hinuon. if you buy branded pc, pareha rana ug sulod, it's just that you are paying the brand to assemble the pc for you.
