obviously,i higlighted the words threat or intimidation, deprived of reason or otherwise unconscious and fraudulent machination or grave abuse of authority,.
-ppl are asking why she went back after day 1. i cant find d link now but i read in the news reports that she was threatened. ppl have different reactions to 'stress'. it is wrong for us to haphazardly jump to conclusions that she wanted more? wat do u know on wats going on on a person's mind? i didnt know u guys were psychic! some ppl cower in fear, others become emboldened to go to d police. is it her fault that she was the former and feared that those guys will make good of their threats?
-deprived of reason or otherwise unconscious? she was drugged. have u tried being drugged? if the answer is no, let me tell u this based on experience: wen u are drugged, u are aware, yet u have no means to stop them. wen i was under sedation due to an operation, i can see wat d doctors were doing, but i had no means to stop them [if i want to]. the operative word is AWARENESS. i was aware, but i cant stop them even if i wanted to. samot kng napay alchohol, makasamot sa kayagaw.

i just cant understand why people blame the victim right away when they weren't there in the first place!!! your assumptions are only based on the news and u go pointing that she deserved it! this country has certainly certainly gone to the dogs! dont assume that your mind frame is the same as the victim's. victims exhibit a spectrum of emotional responses to assault: calm, hysteria, laughter, anger, apathy, shock. each victim copes wid d trauma of d assault in a different way. dont u get it? bsag uyab mo n dli ka nya mamugos imong uyab, it is rape? ang burikat dli man gane magpa kiss if she doesnt want to? if u rape a prostitute it is still rape if she says no? that there is a even a 'no touching' policy on dancers? remember nicole vs those US marines? if a wife says no to her husband n her husbands insists, it is marital rape? there are numerous reasons why society has cast blame on the victims of rape, a major reason found in studies is that of a feeling of self protection. if one believes that the victim was responsible because she put herself in an unsafe position, such as being out late at night, drinking alcohol, dressing in a certain way, or “leading on” the rapist, then we are able to feel safer because “we wouldn’t do those things.” but, the basic fact remains that without consent, no means no, no matter what the situation or circumstances!

    duka nako, gd nyt

    ps

just how sure are u ppl dat mao jud to ang rape video? even if it was, no means no! wla mo did2 pagkahitabo so d pd mo sure! basaha ninyog tarong balik ang definition of rape sa atong balaud, esp u mitashen. it is not for us to decide oi. trial by publicity na man ni, kamo nalay paghusgado.

No one has brought up anything new and this has been and is leading to people just talking out of their asses ... directing it at each other instead of the topic.
