in my opinion CP3 is the MVP for this season..look @ his statistic. he drive the new orlean with his leadership and capability in a highest kind of play in nba.. CP3for MVP.. and kobe won the mvp title but not the mvp in this leauge.![]()
ALL-NBA FIRST TEAM
Kobe Bryant (MVP)
Cris Paul
Kevin Garnett
LeBron James
Dwight Howard.
ALL-NBA SECOND TEAM
Amare Stoudemire
Steve Nash
Tim Duncan
Deron Williams
Dirk Nowitzki.
ALL-NBA THIRD TEAM
Yao Ming
Tracy McGrady
Carlos Boozer
Paul Pierce
Manu Ginobili (league’s top sixth man)
@Lunateec: I strongly agree with your choices except 1. Steve Nash too is kinda underrated this season (maybe because of Chris Paul and Deron Williams' great plays) but ending up in the second team is good and fair enough.
Winning only 45 games in the regular season is not a good line for winning the MVP plum. Statistically, James is having a career season, averaging highs in rebounds (7.9), assists (tied with his 7.2 2004-05 stat), and FG shooting (48.4%) and leads the league in scoring with 30.0 points per game but unfortunately, the Cavaliers lost 37 games even James missed only 7 games. The big help came to Cleveland and the Cavaliers continued to lose games. The MVP is not all about stats but it's all about winning and 11 other teams have made it beyond the 50-win mark and I'm thinking of somebody else who's more deserving to win the award (of course, other than Kobe and CP3), Dwight Howard is the name that comes in mind. So far, only one player has won the MVP award coming from a non-50 win team in NBA MVP history since the league adopted the 82-game format.Lebron James - Statistics-wise, Lebron is doing the necessary things to keep HIS team afloat. We saw that all season and he is arguably the best player in the league right now with those numbers going up and it won't probably go down until his waning years. With no No. 2 in Lebron's side, he was able to carry the whole Cavaliers team.
The addition of Ben, Wally, Joe Smith and Delonte West is pretty solid, but Lebron is still the MAN in the offensive end. It's like he knows he has to do it because everybody else sucks.
gi tambakan na ang Cavaliers sa Boston (3rd quarter)
mangatawa nalang ta sa score...hehehe
poor FG shooting for Cavs...
