You should contact the management and let them know about it .

If they dont listen to you , contact the Health Department , someone in there will listen to you .

There is a reason why ROACHES and RATS exist in kitchens , that is because its not up to the standards of SANITATION . And if its not then that equates being a FILTHY ESTABLISHMENT !!

i dont think "dented" is the right word...i work in a food processing company and we are sell our dented canned goods. wat we considered dented are katong mga canned goods nga naay lumping gamay but wla na-open ang seam or any side of the can.

kana, ganing "bloated" canned goods mau nay kuyaw kay sure na contaminated with botulism.

in that article sab, it specified nga "swollen" cans not dented. so claro nalang jud na nga bloated or ni-burot. but when u say dented, its na-lumping.

I understand our position that you worked in a processing company of course you still sell your DENTED CANNED GOODS because thos epersons who you are selling / sypplying to doesnt even know how to spell the word BOTULISM much more know what it is .

Sa BISAYA pa , naay LUMPING ang lata . Bisan unsaon pag bali bali DENT / LUMPING gihapon ang definition ana . Thats why I said also CHANCES are , some may or may not be contaminated but the problem is , would you change your 5 PHP na sardinas to a 5000 PHp a hospitalization ?

most importantly, the ones handling the food should wear bonnets, masks and gloves.
constant disinfection should be done before and after using the utensils because rats and cockroaches might have stepped on it.

    @ KRSTNAL ....

You should talk to the managers of that JOLLIBEE branch aron ma notify sila . They dont want it an we'll neve know na mga kabuang ra diay to sa kitchen crew na wala ga practice ug sanitation and rampant kaayo na overlooking sa cause of FBI .

If the MANAGERS wont listen to you , talk to their franchising office sa may kilid sa USC MAIN , kung di gihapon then CITY HALTH na gyud na .

Knives should also be washed or changed for every type of raw foods or veges you will slice in the kitchen.

Actually have you read what you have posted?

this was part of the website you wer refering to

    "Case study
On 2 July 1971, FDA released a public warning after learning that a New York man had died and his wife had become seriously ill due to botulism after eating a can of Bon Vivant vichyssoise soup. The company commenced a recall of the 6,444 cans of vichyssoise soup from the same batch. An effectiveness check of the recall revealed a number of swollen or otherwise suspect cans among Bon Vivant's other products, leading the FDA to question Bon Vivant's processing practices for all products. Five cans of soup were found to be contaminated with the botulin toxin, all from the batch initially recalled, and the FDA extended the recall to include all Bon Vivant products, and shut down the company’s Newark, New Jersey, plant on 7 July 1971. This destroyed public confidence in the Bon Vivant products, and the company filed for bankruptcy within a month."

Botulism only happens to BLOATED CANNED GOODS not dented.

its probably because ur not much familiar with both terms mau nga galibog gani between dented or bloated.

try refering it to a dictionary aron makahibalo ka sa difference. ok?

and another thing, food processing companies dont just sell dented canned goods. these dented canned goods does undergoes laboratory tests.

and if you think nga ma-NGILAD mi sa among mga customer, probably sa inyong company but ours.

anyways, for those people, timan-e lang nga ayaw palit mga BUROT nga canned goods ok? labaw na kanang nabaho na...
