maka otot pero high in fiber man pod ang camote labina eaten with the skin on! cereals kay processed naman gud then high sugar content.
yah its true,i've tried it ako ob nagrecommend nko ato inorder not to gain so much weight pero usahay mukaon ko ug whole wheat bread.
high fiber.. means it will stay longer making you feeling fuller.. and low GI pa siya.. slow, steady released of energy in the body.. utot? ma anad ra ka.. no pro... one of the best source of starchy complex carbs.. don't fear it.. if hadlok ka mag utot2x.. eat it in the moring.. maybe by lunch time there's not much kick left in it.. i've tried eating camote 6 times a day for a week.. utot.. yhea.. but it's not as much as you would think.. :mrgreen:
