Hello peeps! My height is 5'8.5" Nag sugud ko gym katong pag March of 2007. My weight was around 256 lbs when I started .Though ni stop ko going to gym for 3 months cause I have to go to rehab cause I was diagnosed with Scoliosis.
Last December ni balik ko ug gym and I'm proud to say nga I loose 47lbs already. According to my doctor 180lbs will be okay na daw for me so 29lbs to go weeee![]()
Although my doctor forbade me to lift weights kay basin mu balik daw ako scoliosis. So treadmill (fast walk for now) and stationery bicycle lang sa ko karun. In the event nga dili ko maka adto sa gym, I workout here sa ako room with the help of Hip Hop Abs! Lingaw ra siya hehehehe
I really really want to loose weight gyud kay para makapalit na ko sa mga sanina nga gusto nako I will settle with a L size. hehehehe . . .
