    creatine is better tingali kai sa thermogenics... and cheaper... and way safer(i bought 500g that's good for 100 servings for only P1100).. it's natural.. the same ra gahapon mag thermo ka or dili exercise gahapon ug diet..

    sakto sad na imo part. kung gaus2 ka mo gain weight. take jud creatine nya sabayi og heavy lifts. its natural jud hehe

    if you are using creatine monohydrate, you would most likely have abdominal bloating or subcutaneous water retention... naa pa koy nahabilin ani nga creatine but i ordered the better version kadto creatine ethyl ester which is rarely sold here.. kanang NOXplode naay CEE sagul tan awa iyang ingredients sa luyo pero mahal pud lagi kaayo...

    kanang mga fat burners wala na silay sagul nga creatine kay ilang purpose is to increases your metabolism, help manage your appetite and increases the use of stored fats for energy.. mao na ang uban mo inom ana before their meal and workout

    so they have different purpose.

    most bodybuilders take creatine during their bulking phase..

    Research shows it can:

    1. Improve maximal power generation
    2. Improve ATP-PC system power maintenance
    3. Reduce lactic acid accumulation at each submaximal workload
    4. Allow for max lactate accumulation at highest workloads
    5. Increase lean mass (fluid and muscle compartments)

    resulting to improvement in strength and performance, and increase in lean mass.

    however, during the cutting phase, fat burners nana ila e take kay its a general knowledge among the bodybuilding community nga maka cause na siyag water retention

    it is a performance enhancer.. that results in increased body mass and enhanced muscular performance.. significant increase in peak power output...
