kasuway ko nga di ko permi katulgon sa una.. wa btaw ko natulog hapit 48 hours... surrender lagi akong insomnia...
then nakabantay ko... basta moinum gani kog nyt tym... sunod adlaw, daytym ko makatulog.. then inig gabii di na pud ko makatulog... ako btaw giimnan ug red horse pag sunod adlaw.. daytime ko naghubog2x.. tulog lagi pag gabii.
stay in front of the tv then watch something boring!! like a chinese cook show!! ahehehe magduka lagi ka ana!! work for me!! ahehehe
kita ko sa yahoo news about sa tawong na-a dugay maka tulog ,befor ka matulog mag relax ka sa imo bed read something or anything that can calm you down, if you feel relax matulog naka, kung dili gud ka makatulog after 30 min. bangon try to relax nasad basa basa ,comics ect. para katulog,.
