Help, Quad core specs.

I need help, i'm gonna buy a new PC, i only need the CPU ..

What for: Internet, Documents, Abit of games (like dota gg), and MOST important of all for MUSIC.
Budget: about 30K.
AIM for PC: Longevity, i would like it's parts to last like for 5 more years. EVEN if i have to upgrade some of it annually as long as not all of it.

plz. help.. I only need specs.. well, you could also give me good stores to buy them.

bro...if mg quadcore ka nya mg music and gaming ra ka...go for dual core nlng bro ky i red na ang quadcores are not good or quadcores cant still use its full capacity wen it comes to gaming...dle daw magamit tanan processor nya...my pa kuha nlng kag dual core wid high Ghz and high cache para payts na...hehe..aron makapatuyang kag panindot jd sa imong pc bah...like buying LCD monitor and stuff like dat...nya mas maka save paka

if magpalit ka ug PC, e-evaluate nga mahalin na after 18months kay ang tech karon ga sige update every 8 to 14months, so magpalit ka ug PC nga mahalin 60% sa original price, kaysa mag upgrade lang ka pirmi, then dili pa sure maupgrade kay da sige change ug design ang mga manufacturers like sa memory, video cards, etc dili na mataud ang mga bag-o... so after 18months, ebaligya nimo imo pc at 60% price then ang katong money nga i-upgrade nimo mao ang idugang para makapalit ka ug brandnew na PC na pud...

but..with a c2q 6600 ..2 more cores at roughtly same price as an e6850

bro makulang na imong budget sa processor palang daan 15T above ang price... try lang sa ug dual core mahal paron kung mag quad ka.

more questions:
1.)Mga pila man kaha min. price sa quad core na CPU?
2.)Where man sad makabalikya ug PC? (that's why i was thinking of having upgrades)
3.)Are upgrades much cheaper than buying a new pc or not, even with trade-in or selling the old one?
