pero first i would suggest that you need to know gud what's good and what's not..
i do have a plans nga mag-gym ko... pero the problem is not my attitude, but my work-related skeds... kay akong work is mag-sige ko og biyahe outside cebu.... kay kung mag work-out ko, ma-putol unya ang program coz of official travel....
