DS is alright my brother has it, but its really for kids. if u want some serious kickass gaming then its really the psp. DS is either for kids or casual gamers, something to pick up and play then put down and play again later. PSP can be really addicting you can play for hours on end.

PSP is really an All in one but phone kinda platform for games music and movies and pictures and internet.+ the screen is awesome.

touch screen is cool but it can only go so far. respect to teh DS owners.

for me, i have not used DS so far.... pero to think, ang portable gaming console is like a girl's make-up

well psp is very useful and entertaining. aside from games, it can play music, movies, download pics, and most of all, it can surf to the internet using the WIFI...

does a 2nd hand PSP (mint-no scratch) bundled with 1 orig UMD game + 2GB sold at 7k a fair price?

i wanted to buy this and give to my son as a gift on christmas. but i need your inputs first maybe i can get a better deal somewhere else.

is there a way a psp can be re-cased and sold as "mint" condition kay walay makitang scratches or wear and tear of use?

if its already converted then yep, thats a fair price since he bundled it with a 2G memory stick...

it can be re cased but mahal ang casing so im sure hes selling that unit at that price....

just make sure its in the customised firmware (converted) if its not, let me know and il give u a hand wen i get back from japan, f ur son has no plans to resell that unit anytime next year, ill convert it for free, gift nalng sad nako..hahaha

DS is famous in Japan because most of the students are required or expected to have one for educational purposes. Older/higher students, however, are using PSP because of its features.

With so many students using the DS for educational purposes, I can understand if DS' sales figure is higher than PSP. DS is also cheaper than PSP.

Internet browsing is just one of the things you can do with its WIFI feature. WIFI is NOT DEDICATED for internet browsing only. Most people use the WIFI for multiplayer games. Now try that on phones with WIFI. I know a lot of PSP owners who watch movies and listen to MP3s using their PSPs. Really, PSP is NOT only for games. So what else can Ipods offer?

For me, DS is really for kids. PSPs are for serious gamers and gadget freaks. Ok not so freak.

for me, I don't like Nintendo DS because kiddy graphics and games. I like psp coz it's more realistic and fun.
