    though i suffered some setback a week back, this week, am still hitting the gym six days a week but had to alternate between low-rep heavy sets day and high-rep light sets days... so far, so good. but by the time i'm due for payment renewal, pahuwayan sa gyud nakog 2 weeks.. i know of people who rest a good week or two eg balik nila mas kusgan og mas niporma man hinoon... kay naka pahuway ila muscles

    Steroids are not good for the body ... It may tone your body faster but the effect in your system would come after na ... so if possible stay away from steroids ...

    i think better mo rest ka 2 weeks.. and start light to heavy.. if mo presist gud ang pain consult you doctor... maybe you do too much damage to your body na wala siya ka recover.. or poor form or maybe too heavy ang weights imo gi lift...

    di ko mu tou anang imung gi ingn nga rest one or two weeks then ig balik mas kusgan ka and mas nindot ang effect....
    while training you should have 8-9hours of sleep and eat 5-6 meals a day...anha mu nindot imu lawas bai... unsaun nmu pagka kusgan kng gikan ka off ug two weeks? ma injured na noun ka ana kng mag heavy ka....

    sakto jud ni..... 8-9hours of sleep can get u far in ur training.....5-6meals a day can give u positive results

    since gasugod ko wa man gud ko kapahuway... it's almost always six straight days gyud na every week unya mostly heavy ako routine... kahibaw ko unsa ka importante mo kaon og mu pahuway pero mas kahibaw kos ako lawas kay sa nimo... so, wala ko naka decide mupahuway kay gikapoy ko pero naa gyuy musakit sa ako wrist og shoulders.. kung mupadayon ko, i'm sure ma aggravate og samot ang pain.. now, case-to-case basis na kung ma kusgan ba ko or dili pero akong suwayan basin tinood diay kay igo raman ko naka basa, naka dungog og naka bantay sad... of course, kung mubalik after two weeks di sad ko mag heavy dayon... mag hinay-hinay nasad ko.

    yup, advise pud sa amo kauban nga doc (ortho), rest ra daw gyud at least two weeks aron ma uli-an.

    kai naa ko na read ug story noh.. something like this ang situation sa story... cge siya workout 6 times a week and all.. i forgot the reason na gi advise.an siya sa trainner to rest for 2 weeks.. then pag balik niya he was stronger than before.. the weights he used to lift was like easy na daw.. i'd try something like this pero it was only a 1 week na rest.. my bench increased 20lbs instantly...

    ofcourse, mas kbw ka sa imung lawas kaysa nako...opinion lng na ako-a kay taas2 nasd ako experience sa gym especially lifting heavy weights...daghan nako trainer na encounter...and most of all, daghan nako injury na suwayan...kanang , mag koto2 sa shoulder, sakit sa wrist, sakit ang elbow and knees, and my pinaka dako nga injury akong lowerback..bsag ang doctor said to me nga stop nga lifting weights but still gym ghapon ko and wa nako ni adto sa doctor...kana tanan nga sakit package deal naman gd na when you enter to weight lifting especially heavy weights....
