    Thanks for the thread. Do you think that any supplements or vitamins are important when losing weight? I would like to try something from https://www.bidrx.com/ for example, I am pretty sure that these are good and trusted ones. Have a look there and let me know what you think please

    Training with your own body weight is a very good thing, because you can work out small muscle fibers that you do not use in the gym, but if your goal is to build muscle mass in large volumes then you need to go to the gym
