I have heard you can even install that CPU in the lowest supporting motherboard of it, I mean something like A320M chipset for that matter, can you really do that or not? Let's make it clear really and hopefully. Do get me going with it. Thanks!

just double check your mobo's website... though need to update the BIOS to support the Ryzen 9.

in my case, i use an Asrock Fata1ity B450 gaming K4 w/ Ryzen 5 3600X. graphics is provided by a MSI GamingX RX 5700 XT... this mobo can support the Ryzen 9 3950X...

the 3rd gen Ryzen 7 and 9 series are best for Content creation, Video creation and other professional workloads... though for gaming, the Ryzen 5 3600 and 3600X are bang for the money...

both 3rd gen Ryzen 5 are "beast" on their "Price-to-Performance ratio" in terms of gaming fps...
