haha trainer nnyo si colleen? hehehe yep buutan na bro...
i ws w teletech b4 for a year and a half very good company to work with the best parehas sila sa etel,,training tops, in fact like if you suck on the eval exams on client specifics they at least giv u a chance to make gud and pass by giving u a removal exam... coz they do not really depend on test results but rather on the resiliency and initiative to work as an agent i dont know if dennis is still site director he is very cool and Jenna ops , is friendly ..Ace trainor Mark Reinoso is the Best here along w Ms Joy and Andrew thse guys are from DLSU and have been to the US.
but i guess tingali nausab na ila policy ako taym iwas from Roxas then Ceb di pa man mi strict..really as in ..bad thing korek na no free drinks unlike us w etel tagbaw lumos ka sa coffee choco og iced tea..free massage pa
hambugero gud ana named jeff garcia asa na man c andrew mas ok pa to cya is mark reinoso still there gud thing transfer ko og work oi..kami una malmal sa billiard table there and the showers too..Originally Posted by dragonfish30

i've been with this company for almost 4years now and so far so good... promotion wise grabe ang room for career growth 'cause TeleTech is the fastest growing BPO...10 sites na ang TTECH diri Pinas... and everyone is capable para ma relocate and ma-promote
and another thing..dili harsh ang training...we always give chances sa mga trainees namu...and we even give consideration sa mga lates and absences...
ok man so far....
buotan si coleen. thanks if u think so...hahaha.Originally Posted by boj

opening new sites is not an indication that it is indeed the fastest growing BPO....maybe fastest yeah, but growing, it still depends on ur attrition rate....I've heard that teletech's attrition rate is way above than expected - it's either caused by poor management, subpar compensation package, etc....Originally Posted by lolzlolsy
to date.... ga lower down na ang attrition rate sa teletech.. and besides tanan man na call center daghan jud attrition...come and go man ang employees sa tanan na call center...
growing 'cause sa kada sites daghan ang account jud
expected na mo lower down ang attrition at this point in time...it is almost Christmas and people are really working on their finances for the holidays.... true that all call centers are experiencing attrition but not above 10 % unlike in Teletech that has an avg. of 30 to 40 percent...
Been with TeleTech for over a year and I'm still happy. It's not BS.Originally Posted by drknyt
