WHere can we windsurf/kitesurf in Cebu? Dili Bora or asa-pa. CEBU LANG bay!
Preferably 6.5m(wind) or 12.0m(kite) and below condition ug walay daghang weeds. Chop okay lang. mas ma-ayo kung dili mag waterstart kanunay (waist deep). Fresh water okay sab para walay corrosion sa mga gamit.
Anyone have crossed Mactan island from Cebu? Murag nindot mo labang ila-lom sa bridge, do-ol raman na! Walay pay 30 minutos kung 6.5m/12m condition. Pwera lang mangna barko, hehe

Bai, murag lisod diha sa mactan kay daghan traffic. Best is in the north. nindot pud sa camotes lake.

sakto d i na tubag, wa ko ka gamit ani.. wala gyud ko na ka try ug windsurf. no idea asa mag windsurf.

Oh, you can check on google maps how it looks and you can decide where to go. I also know that the best places are in the north for sure. Guys if you have problems ( you do not have where to put your things when you go to swim or surf ) then I understand you perfectly because I often have such problems. I am a big fan of roc paddle boards and it is really difficult to keep all my things with me. Usually I have a really good and hermetic wetsuit with pockets. You can check on ebay or amazon, for sure you will find what you need. In general I do not like to take all my things with me in water, I am afraid that I will lose them, most of the time even if I have wetsuit I keep them in my car.
