    Default Dawaton ra ka sa call center if naa kay HIV?


    If naa ka sakit bah, dli ka dawaton sa call center?

    Unsa na call center mo dawat bisan naa ka'y sakit like HIV?

    I currently work for JPMorgan Chase & Co. and as far as I heard mu accept ra and naa pa gani currently employed pud.

    wla mn gani ko dawata na healthy ta..dayon ingon nila pag interview sorry i wont recommend you, sounds discriminatory.hey HR i hope she might get infected too

    dili man gud airborne ang HIV... ang giTB gidawat man gani sa BPO as long as treated lang..

    ^ Dili airborne but still communicable, in other words if mag biga, ka takod gihapon. So, in essence, not allowed or even fit to work ang person with HIV. Di na gani hapit ka lusot sa immigration not UNLESS medication ang purpose sa pag larga. Di gani ka trabaho ang naay hepa (local japanese companies are very particular regarding hepa in all varieties), HIV na ba kaha.

    Rumors of certain group of persons that are working while carrying such disease, are just rumors.

    I think mag depende na sa company na imong gi applyan. Take JP Morgan for example. They're really big on diversity and not being discriminatory if disabled or if naai special medical condition ang usa ka tao. I can't say the same for other companies. I'm sure lain2x na sila ug policies regarding these things.
